Applying for a Dales Railcard

Current members of the Friends of DalesBus are entitled to purchase a Dales Railcard for the special price of £12.50 regardless of where they live. Click here for further details and the application form. A Dales Railcard enables you to save a third off the price of single, day return and standard open return tickets. Travel validity is between all stations on the Leeds-Carlisle and Leeds-Lancaster/Morecambe lines (plus Brampton and Wetheral on the Tyne Valley line) and between Clitheroe/Whalley and Hellifield (Sundays only). Dales Railcards cannot however be used exclusively within the Leeds/Bradford/Skipton area nor exclusively between Carnforth, Lancaster, Bare Lane, Morecambe and Heysham. Dales Railcard holders can take advantage of the annual winter offer when you can travel the routes for a specially reduced fare. Dales Railcards can also be used to purchase Dales Privilege Rover tickets for travel on the DalesBus network and connecting buses on Sundays.
